Tim has had a passion for real estate and investing since an early age, making his first Austin area investment while a sophomore at the University of Texas, and has not stopped since. A bit of a vagabond, he has lived, worked or sold a house in just about every corner of the Central Texas area. Investment properties are part of his long-term wealth creation and retirement strategy; he founded Hendricks Real Estate to share that passion with a broader community. Tim has helped many investors buy, lease and sell their properties, often sight-unseen by the investor.

Tim is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has achieved the Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation, awarded to < 5% of property managers in the Austin area. He also holds the Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS) and Texas Residential Property Manager (TRPM) designations from the Texas Association of REALTORs.

Meet Lorie Lopez, a proud Texan who grew up in Corpus Christi and has called the Austin area home for the past 19years. With over 20 years of wedded bliss and four beautiful children, Lorie knows the importance of family. Mike is a long time resident of Circle C in southwest Austin. Having a diverse background in high tech engineering, sales and marketing has given him an edge in his pursuit of buying, selling and liquidating small businesses for himself and his clients. Coupling business asset acquisition with real estate has been a goal for Mike and having recently received his real estate agent license will enable him to serve a broader spectrum of clients.

Mike is a member of the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB), National Association of Realtors® (NAR), National Notary Association (NNA) and is a certified tax preparer. Most importantly, Mike enjoys the leisurely lifestyle in Austin with Eva, his guiding light for nearly 50 years. When Mike’s not helping clients turn their visions into reality, you'll find him connecting with their children in Arizona and Colorado.

Born and raised in Boston, MA, Beverly moved to Central Texas in 2004. Since obtaining her real estate license in 2012, she's had experience helping buyers and tenants locate their next home, and sellers get top dollar for their property. Beverly has ample experience working with investors and 1031 exchanges. More recently, her tenants have praised her for being a Property Manager who is on top of things. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband and two teenagers, as well as strengthening her Muay Thai kickboxing and boxing skills.

With over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry, Sylvia has diverse knowledge encompassing sales, leasing, property management, and investments. As a graduate of the Graduate Real Estate Institute, Sylvia has earned her GRI and offers specialized knowledge and expertise that set her apart in the field. Having lived in Austin for over 20 years, she has a deep understanding of the local market and community dynamics.

Alicia makes sure that all tenant maintenance requests are quickly dispatched to the appropriate vendor, and follows up to ensure complete satisfaction and a job well done. Alicia is a long-time Austenite, and a University of Texas alumnus. Her favorite past times include gardening, sailing, scuba diving and traveling with her two children.

Originally from Nebraska, Kevin relocated to the Austin area on the recommendation of friends. He loves all that Austin has to offer and has been here now for over 30 years.

Kevin obtained a B.S. degree from the University of Nebraska in Natural Resources. While working as an Operations Manager for a large residential remodeling company he became interested in the Property Management aspects of real estate. It was during that time that he obtained his real estate license. He is currently involved in HOA Management in the Austin and surrounding areas.

Kevin enjoys working with clients and works hard to find them the ideal property that best fits their needs.

Edyta Sawin has been an Austin/Central Texas resident since 1997. She was born and raised in Poland (speaks Polish fluently). Edyta has 15+ years of experience in the Title Industry, working as a Certified Notary Signing Agent and running her own signing business. In addition to being a Certified Loan Signing Professional, she is also a real estate licensed professional since 2021. Edyta has bought and sold her own real estate and she has extensive experience in foreclosure and short sales proceedings. Edyta is also very experienced in land purchase, construction and construction to permanent proceedings, first time home buyer market, military relocation and buyer representation certified. She is detail oriented with a strong - my client is always right - approach. She works hard to get the client from contract to close and will strive to get the job done well.

In her personal life, Edyta is a mom to two incredible young ladies. Her older daughter - Kassandra - is a graduate of Baylor Nursing School and an officer in the US Air Force. Her younger daughter Julia, is a student at the University of Mary Hardin Baylor. She lives on a small acreage in the Driftwood area where she enjoys gardening and tending to her goats and chickens.
